All events to be covered by insurance must be registered by filling in this form, as per Bylaw 11. Some events may require a sanction fee to be paid.

Important note. 
- All Skate Australia Members are covered by the Skate Australia personal accident insurance

- Non Member Volunteers are only insured by the Skate Australia personal accident insurance if they register online for a sanctioned event

- Non-members participating in a Roller Derby Skate SA sanctioned event are NOT covered by the Skate Australia personal accident insurance and must provide proof of personal accident insurance or a Skate Vic Sanction Number, to the Event Organiser.

- Events include Competition,Training, Learn to Skate/Come & Try, Skill Program, (Star Skate, Mighty Pucks, Quick Kids etc) Fundraiser or Social events (Parade)  - not disco's, requiring insurance coverage for members and volunteers
