* To confirm (register) you will need to read & tick the Terms & Conditions/Athlete Agreement box and pay $200 deposit, or the full balance online with Credit/Debit Card by the 15th July 2019 (no confirmation or deposit paid, then no train/play)

INFORMATION:

DATES: Saturday 28th September to Saturday 5th October 2019. (bump in day-Friday 28th September 2019)

UNIFORMS - All uniforms must be sized, ordered & paid for online by Tues 31st July

Please note: as part of the SkateSA ILH State Team you are expected to wear the correct uniform. (no old uniforms to be worn except If you have a current Jersey & Cover pant which are in good repair, then you don't need to order these items).

Compulsory order - Polo Top, Shorts or Pants, ILH Jersey & ILH Cover Pants
Non-Compulsory order - ILH - Hoodie, Cap, Backpack, Tracksuit

Anyone needing to order a uniform must be sized at the VIV Sports shop from Mon 1st to Fri 26th July

Costing will be $385 before any potential fundraising.

All participants 12yrs & over must complete ASADA Level 1 & Level 2 (Level 2 must be completed each year) Anti -Doping Online Training & upload a copy of your Certificate. https://elearning.asada.gov.au/
